Nursery - 4th Grade

At Hope Church, we believe every child matters deeply to God—and to us. That’s why our Hope Kids Ministry is more than just childcare. From nursery through 4th grade, our goal is to build meaningful relationships with each child, creating a safe and loving environment where they can encounter the truth of the Gospel and grow into lifelong disciples of Jesus Christ.

Our heart is to help kids discover Christ in them and understand their purpose in His story. Guided by our motto—Love. Grow. Serve. Go.—we aim to:
  • Help kids know the love of Jesus in a personal way
  • Encourage them to grow in their faith journey
  • Teach them to serve one another with joy
  • Equip them to go into the world and share His message
Every moment in Hope Kids is intentional, pointing children toward a life rooted in Christ.

Parents - We invite and encourage parents to serve in our kids ministry on a rotating basis. There are many ways to get involved, and it’s a great opportunity to get to know other families with young children at Hope!

Building a Strong Biblical Foundation for the Next Generation

We understand there’s nothing more important than investing in the spiritual growth of our Next Generation. Our mission is to help children build a solid, lasting Biblical foundation—one that will carry them through every stage of life and into adulthood with confidence in their faith.

To support this, we use the ‘Hyfi’ curriculum by Lifeway, a Christ-centered tool that helps kids understand the Bible as a unified story. As they move through our ministry from early childhood onward, they’ll journey through the entire Bible multiple times with engaging lessons, creative activities, and hands-on crafts designed to deepen their understanding and love for God’s Word.

We believe discipleship is a team effort. That’s why we’re committed to partnering with parents and guardians, walking alongside families to equip and encourage them as they shepherd their children in faith.

Together, we’re raising up a generation that knows God, loves His Word, and boldly lives out His truth.

Sunday Morning

8:00am, 9:45am, and 11:30am

We’re passionate about creating a fun, safe, and Christ-centered environment for children of all ages during our Sunday morning services.
  • Infants and Toddlers (Birth–36 Months): During each service, we provide loving care for our littlest ones in a secure and nurturing space. Our trained volunteers offer comfort and attention so parents can fully engage in worship knowing their children are well cared for.
  • Preschoolers (Ages 3–5): Preschoolers enjoy interactive Bible lessons, learn memory verses, share a snack, and take part in hands-on activities that help them grow in their understanding of God's love.
  • Check-In: Opens 10 minutes before each service, allowing parents time to get their children settled before worship begins.
  • Kindergarten–4th Grade: Kids worship with their families in the main service and are then dismissed to their own age-specific classes. There, they dive into engaging Bible lessons and fun activities designed to help them build a strong foundation in their faith. At the end of service, all K–4th graders can be picked up in the large elementary classroom.
We’re honored to partner with families in helping children experience the love of Jesus and grow in their walk with Him—starting from the very beginning!

Committed to Your Child’s Safety

At Hope Church, the safety and well-being of every child in our care is a top priority. We are committed to providing a secure environment where families can feel confident and kids can thrive.

All of our Hope Kids and Next Generation volunteers undergo thorough background checks and are carefully selected and trained for their roles. We take extra care to ensure that each team member is prepared to serve with integrity, compassion, and responsibility.

Our secure check-in system adds another layer of protection. Every child is checked in at drop-off and receives a name tag with a unique family-specific code. Parents and guardians must present the matching tag at pickup to ensure children are released safely and only to authorized individuals.

You can relax knowing your child is not only learning and growing—but is also in safe, trusted hands.

Wednesday Night

6:30pm

Wednesday nights at Hope Church are a midweek boost for the whole family—including our youngest members!
  • Infants & Preschoolers receive loving care in a safe, nurturing environment so parents can fully participate in Mid-Week services knowing their little ones are well cared for.
  • Kindergarten–4th Grade kids begin the evening by worshiping with their families in the main service. After worship, they are dismissed and escorted to their classrooms for a dynamic small group time. Each week includes fun games, memory verse practice, and a review of the week’s Bible lesson.
It’s a great time for kids to grow in their faith, build friendships, and share the love of Jesus in a welcoming and energetic setting.
