First Impressions
Volunteers on our First Impressions team welcome all guests who enter the church. In addition to greeting people, volunteers answer questions and help guests find their way around. You are one of the very first impressions our guests will have at Hope. Please arrive 30 minutes before the start of service. This early arrival allows time to grab a snack and have fellowship with other volunteers, and most importantly: to pray, receive location assignments, pick up name tags, and get instructions for the day.
Parking Lot
From directing parking on Sundays and Mid-Week, to securing the church campus, the Parking Lot Ministry exists to make Hope a safer and more convenient place. Responsibilities include: welcoming individuals and families as they arrive at Hope, assisting with traffic flow, parking vehicles, greeting, and helping people upon arrival.
Greeters
Greeters create a welcoming environment by greeting each guest enthusiastically and showing the love of Christ. It is important to maintain positive body language with every interaction. This includes smiling, making eye contact, and having genuine conversation. We want to welcome individuals and families with an open door and provide any assistance needed.
The Hub/Info
By joining the Hub you are on the front lines. This team consists of individuals geared towards helping first-time visitors and being a source for all general information. From assisting with childcare to helping with seating and much more, The Hub/Info team is equipped with the knowledge needed to ensure each visitor has the best experience possible at Hope.
Ushers
Ushers hold a special and vital role in representing the church as well as providing a warm and comforting environment for guests to come and worship the Lord. Ushers will be assigned specific areas to serve at during the service. Those areas will be assigned when all ministries gather thirty minutes before the service begins.
Various Usher duties include: greeting, assisting with seating, and collecting tithes and offerings. At the end of the service, we ask that ushers walk through their designated section and help gather any items that may have been left behind.
We want to make sure the congregation's experience is warm and inviting.

Fellowship
Our Fellowship ministry is vital and critical to the core of Hope Church. We want to create an environment where people feel at home and want to stay a while.
Responsibilities include: preparing coffee, a variety of foods, and making sure everything is cleaned up and back in order after the times of fellowship.

Environment
This is an overarching ministry that ensures our house is in order. It’s not just assuming someone else will do it, but making sure everything is ready to go for our families and guests. From ensuring the bathrooms are stocked, to handling a variety of volunteer needs, the Environment Team is on top of it all.
