1. Strengthen weak hands and feeble knees

2. Straighten paths for your feet

3. Seek healing rather than further injury

4. Strive for peace with everyone

5. Seek holiness, without which no one will see the Lord

6. See to it that no one fails to obtain the grace of God

7. Stop a root of bitterness from causing trouble and defilement
