Grief is the emotional response to any loss

Grief is essential to our health. It’s essential to our mental, physical and spiritual health.

There is no growth with out change. There is no change without loss.

There is no loss without pain. There is no pain without grief

Repression: Unconsciously blocking painful thoughts from our minds

Suppression: Consciously blocking painful thoughts from our minds


He wants us to express it to friends and family and confess it to Him.
